Our Mindfulness expert Kellie and Yoga instructor Janet will team up once again for a New Year’s Mindful Hike and yoga event! Join un for this fun experience of mindfulness practice and yoga practice combined, as well as making new friends, enjoying the fresh air and simply enjoying some time with our community! We will focus on creating new energy and creating some affirmations for the new year while at the same time, letting some of our habits go from last year. We will once again go to O’neil Park and I will get the exact address where we’ll meet soon. This is about a 3-4 mile hike and it can be a little steep, so where solid shoes, bring water and wear a hat and comfy clothes to do yoga at the end of our hike.
