Join Annette Barret for her signature sound bath as she brings you into a blissful state playing gongs as well as her array of various sound bowls and instruments. We will begin with a 30-min. restorative practice to help you settle down and be able to take in the sound bath more in a more relaxed state/ This is a wonderful experience to start your new year off right.
