Donation Class on 11/23@ 9:30- “After Turkey Detox Flow Join Janet for a donation-based all levels class to help support the families affected by the SOCAL fire Help us, help others! A donation jar will be set up at the front desk for this class. Please do not sign up on line and pay for the class, just come in and offer your donation at the studio. All of our proceeds will go to the Ventura County Community Disaster Relief Fund: www.vccf.org After thinking all week of how we could help, we thought what better way for us than through offering yoga and getting support from our community to help those in need! Please spread the work. This will be an all levels, flow class to detox after Thanksgiving!
